Wolf in the Henhouse
3 hot dogs, chopped
4 eggs
2 tbs. Parmesan cheese
½ tbs. parsley
2 tbs. bacon bits
1 tbs. Crunchy Salad Toppin’s
1 ½ c. any shredded cheese
Preheat electric skillet to 275. Cook hot dog pieces till done. Spread pieces evenly on skillet. Mix eggs, Parmesan cheese, and dry ingredients, pour over hot dog pieces. Cook till eggs are done, flipping occasionally to avoid burning. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, cook till melted. Cut into pieces, serve hot. Makes 2 to 4 servings.
